Erik holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Historic Preservation and Community Planning from the College of Charleston. Over the last 14 years, he has gained a wealth of experience throughout Tennessee and Colorado, on projects ranging from high-rise, mass timber housing to National Register rehabilitations.
An aspiring small-scale developer and lifelong student of the built environment, Erik is keenly focused on the potential of infill development and adaptive reuse to address affordability, sustainability, and urban vitality.
